In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a direction to appoint him to the post of Laboratory Attendant, being the 3rd empanelled candidate. It appears that the prayer of the petitioner has already been rejected by an order dated April 18, 2016 passed by this Court holding, inter alia, that since there was only one vacant post, being the 3rd empanelled candidate, the petitioner had no right to be appointed. In view of the rejection of the prayer of the petitioner by a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in W.P. 4577 (W) of 2016, the same prayer in this writ petition cannot be entertained Accordingly, WPA 22022 of 2022 is dismissed.
