The dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents relate to peaceful enjoyment, common right and their infringement.

Having considered that the police

authorities are having full knowledge regarding the same, the police authorities would only ensure that peace and tranquility is maintained and they would take steps, if there are violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21963 of 2025 is disposed of.
