It is contended though some 'streedhan' articles have been recovered, valuable ornaments are yet to be recovered. We note opposite party no. 2 has cooperated with investigation and handed over various articles which were lying in his custody.

In view of the aforesaid and as opposite party no. 2 has substantially complied with the conditions imposed upon him, we do not find any reason to cancel his bail.
