Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner complains that the private respondent has prepared a fake deed and interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of property of the petitioner. To that effect, information was furnished to the police authorities, but no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a dispute was there in respect of common path. The father of the petitioner informed the police station over phone. However, the police authorities invited the father of the petitioner to approach the police station with a specific complaint against the private respondent no.6 herein so that proper legal action including steps for investigation may be taken.

In view of the report submitted before this Court, petitioner or her father would approach the

police authorities with specific contentions/allegations.

If cognizable or noncognizable offence is made out, police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

In the meantime, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21854 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
