1. The petitioner is a practicing advocate, questions the conversion of classification of a land and has indirectly challenged the conversion of the land as "Danga" from "Pukur".

2. According to the petitioner, this cannot be done and it is illegal.

3. The West Bengal Inland Fisheries Act provides for adequate remedies and it is open to any aggrieved person to invoke the remedies under the statute.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
