1. An application being CAN 1 of 2025 is moved by Mr. K.M. Hossain, learned advocate, appearing for the applicant/writ petitioner.

2. By dint of an order of this Court dated May 16, 2025 passed in WPA 22276 of 2024, the writ petition, as above, was disposed of. However, according to Mr. Hossain, certain important and relevant factors have escaped the attention of the Court while passing the said order. In such circumstances, in the instant application being CAN 1 of 2025, the applicant/writ petitioner has sought for necessary modification to be made in the Court's order dated May 16, 2025.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the State is also present.

4. Having heard the submissions of the learned advocates for both the parties, it is found proper to fix the matter tomorrow for further hearing in this aspect.

5. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

6. Let the matter be listed again on September 4, 2025 (tomorrow).
