Considering the facts and circumstances, this writ petition being WPA 21652 of 2023 is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance raised in this writ petition, within two weeks from date and, if such representation is made by the petitioner the same shall be considered by the authority concerned within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the interested parties.
