By way of an earlier direction on 07.10.2024 direction was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench. Today a report has been submitted which is dated 04.11.2024 wherein it has been contended that in connection with Parnasree PS Case No. 463 dated 10.11.2023 charge sheet has been submitted on or about 18.10.2024.

Having considered that the investigation of the case has already been concluded, I direct that if the petitioners have any grievance in respect of the investigation, petitioners would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate being the learned ACJM, Alipore for ventilating their grievance.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22293 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.
