Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No.12 of 2024 pending before the learned Judge, Bench -II, City Sessions Court, Calcutta the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. This Court is informed that the case was registered in 2023 and charge has been framed on January 22, 2025. In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as the business of the Court would permit, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The revisional application being CRR 3813 of 2024 is disposed of.
