1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

2. The petitioner complains of inaction by Moyna Police Station. The petitioner has lodged a complaint against the private respondents on 24th November, 2020 and also to the District Magistrate, Purba Medinipur.

3. This Court is of the view that the petitioner may take steps under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

4. Moyna Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
