6 and 7 forcefully entered her house at night and abused her as also her parents.

To that effect, information was sent to the Officer-in-charge of Burwan Police Station, but, no steps were taken.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS has been drawn up.

The police authorities are well aware regarding the existing strained relationship between the petitioner and the

private respondents, as such, they are directed that if any information from the petitioner is received by them, they would take prompt steps. They are further directed to ensure that there is no violation of any law and order as also to oversee that the situation is not blown out of the proportion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21968 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
