The petitioner seeks a direction upon the concerned authority to consider his application filed on 21st October, 2009 under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for reference of the matter before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon consideration of the submission made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 21st October, 2009 within two weeks from the date of communication of this order upon affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner in accordance with law. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
