Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of earlier direction passed in WPA 8471 of 2025 the private respondents have been violating the said order and raising constructions and to that effect information was sent to Burdwan Police Station, Murshidabad and however, the same did not yield any result.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Proceeding has been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities have drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS, police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of the order passed in WPA 8471 of 2025, to that effect police authorities would take stern steps against the defacto complainant. With the aforesaid observations WPA 21970 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
