1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner at the very outset submits that there are some inadvertent typographical errors in mentioning the PS case number and the sections. In view of the above, she prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to file afresh.

2. Accordingly, CRM(M) 1666 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

3. Learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner is granted liberty to take back the certified copy of the trial court's order by replacing the same with a photocopy of the same. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
