In terms of the order dated September 11, 2025, the disability of the petitioner has been reassessed by the All India Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Mumbai (AIIPMR). A report of such assessment is produced before this Court in a sealed envelope.

The said certification center in its said assessment report dated September 15, 2025 certifies as follows:- "Certification:- We, the undersigned members of the Medical Board, certify that the self certified affidavit submitted by the candidate has been assessed on defined functional competencies and found to be eligible for pursuing the MBBS course." In view of such certification, the petitioner has already got himself registered for the counseling; tomorrow, i.e., September 18, 2025 is the date fixed for verification.

The issue since has been addressed, no further order(s) need be passed in the present matter.

WPA 21754 of 2025 is thus disposed of without any order as to costs.

The original report with envelope be returned to the learned advocate for the petitioner; a photocopy of the same be filed for keeping with the record.
