The petitioner had participated in the 12th Regional Level Selection Test, 2011 for Assistant Teachers at Northern Region but his answer script in the said examination was rejected for disclosing his identity. The petitioner, by a representation dated March 22, 2017 has prayed before the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, the respondent no. 3 herein, for re-consideration of its said decision. The petitioner is complaining delay in disposal of the said representation and is praying direction upon the said respondent for disposal of it. The disclosure of identity in the answer scripts violates the basic norms of any competitive examination, therefore the representation of the petitioner does not deserve any consideration. W.P.A. 22051 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
