March 18, Through Video Conference F.M.A.T. 1080 of 2018 The appellant is not represented either physically or on virtual mode. No accommodation is also prayed for. On the earlier occasion also the appellant was not represented. In view of non-compliance of our order dated March 11, 2021, the appeal stands dismissed as time barred as no application for condonation of delay has been filed. However, we request the learned Judge, Fourth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta, to dispose of the suit being Title Suit No. 621 of 2017, pending before him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.
