Nayeemul Haque ......For the Respondent No.2 In compliance with the order passed by this court to file a report in the form of an affidavit, State has filed an affidavit affirmed on 17th February, 2023 wherefrom it appears that the pupil-teacher ratio is 85:1.

Therefore the petitioner's prayer for transfer from the present school to another school cannot be granted by this court unless the pupil-teacher ratio in the school goes above the R. T. E. Act, 2009. The writ application is dismissed.
