Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

Supplementary affidavit is placed on record enclosing the victim's evidence. In her deposition she admitted there was a love affair between the petitioner and herself. She contended petitioner had threatened her to upload objectionable video footage on the internet. Materials on record do not show seizure of any such video footage.

In view of the aforesaid and as the vulnerable witness i.e. the victim has been examined, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
