Petitioner complains that whole of his retirement benefit has been swapped away by misrepresentation. To that effect, information was furnished and although Sonarpur P.S. Case No.1502 of 2024 dated 16.11.2024 has been registered for investigation but no fruitful result till date has surfaced.

I have considered the report of the Inspectorin-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station and I do not find that there has been any progress in respect of the case. Accordingly, the investigation of Sonarpur Police Station Case No.1502 of 2024 dated 16.11.2024 is transferred to Cyber Crime Cell, CID, Bhawani Bhawan, West Bengal. The ADG, CID Cyber Crime would monitor the investigation of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21856 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
