Hasanuzzaman ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that earlier the writ petitioners approached this court in WPA 25200 of 2023. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court, by way of an order dated 22.01.2024, was pleased to pass specific directions asking the police authorities to keep a strict vigil at the locale as also to ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place.

The learned Court also directed the police authorities to see that any order of the civil court is not violated.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the police authorities

informed the respondents to abide by the civil court's order.

The petitioners allege that inspite of the directions, there has been violation of the order.

Since the learned Civil Judge (Sr.

Divn.), 2nd Court, Baruipur, 24 parganas (South) is in seisin of the suit being TS 530 of 2023, if there is any violation of the order of the said civil court, the petitioners would apply before the jurisdictional civil court for necessary remedies.

The police authorities would oversee that there is no violation of any law and order as also no breach of peace and tranquility, as directed earlier.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21799 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
