This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant No.1 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 2nd Court at Uluberia, District-Howrah to dispose of Title Suit No.135 of 2016 expeditiously. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that December 18, 2024 was fixed for hearing of the application for temporary injunction. If in the meantime, the application for temporary is still pending, the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), 2nd Court at Uluberia, District-Howrah shall make an endeavour to dispose the application as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

With the above direction, CO 3173 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
