Petitioner has approached this Court complaining that the order passed in Title Suit No. 407 of 2025 has been violated. Petitioner complains that information was furnished before Liluah Police Station. But no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent nos. 8 to 13 submits that they are not party in the civil suit but they have been implicated as respondents in the present writ petition.

Be that as it may, the main thread of contention of the petitioner is that the police

authorities are not implementing the order of the civil court.

Report submitted by the State reflects that already prosecution has been drawn up under section 126/135 of the BNSS against the respondent nos. 10 to 13 vide Liluah PS Case NCR No. 418/25. Enquiry is being conducted and police has also kept continuous vigil to ensure that the status quo is maintained in respect of the properties.

In view of the ground reality I direct that the police authorities would ensure that the situation is not blown out of proportion.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21768 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
