The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the bargadar of his land is not furnishing his share of the crops. On the contrary, it is submitted that when the writ petitioner demanded the same from the private respondents, he was threatened with violence. Counsel for the State submits on instructions dated 30th September, 2022 that proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have been taken out. The O. C., Tarakeswar Police Station shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall maintain strict vigil thereat. The petitioner may approach civil or statutory forum for redressal of his grievance against the private respondents.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
