Accordingly, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants submits that the appellants are not willing to proceed with the appeal any further. In this regard a letter dated 16th March, 2022 is addressed to Ms. Amrita Pandey, learned counsel representing the appellants and the same be kept with the record. In view of the above submission, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

We, therefore, permit the appellants to withdraw the second appeal with liberty to take steps in accordance with law on the self-same cause of action.

The department is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned judgment to the learned advocate on record for the appellants upon furnishing a phtostat copy of the same in the record.
