The petitioner no. 1 passed away on August 16, 2024.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2024 is hereby allowed. In Re.: WPA 22066 of 2022 Let the report filed by the Corporation be kept with the records.

The petitioners seek demolition of an alleged unauthorised construction at premises no. 160 Netaji Subhas Road, Bantra under Howrah Municipal Corporation.

Learned advocate appearing for the Corporation submits that a hearing was conducted, and a selfdemolition order has already been issued in respect of the said premises.

In that view of the matter, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition.

The Corporation shall act in accordance with law.

Accordingly, WPA 22066 of 2022 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
