1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for over one year. He renews his bail prayer.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner threw acid upon a lady and her minor son.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Injury report shows acid burn injuries on the victim. Materials on record implicate the petitioner in the crime. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. In view of gravity of the offence and incriminating materials on record we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
