1. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement made by the two injured witnesses, namely, Hannan and Sadikul recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which they have specifically named the petitioner as the assailants, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
