It appears that the petitioner has expired and as such nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. The petitioner had sought for a direction upon the authorities to produce her answer script. It appears that answer script was shown to the petitioner's husband. The husband had issued a letter indicating that he was satisfied with the process of the examination. The husband of the petitioner has also indicated that he does not want to proceed with the matter.

With the death of the petitioner, the writ petition merits no consideration.
