Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and the private respondents submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred, there has been settlement between the petitioner and the private respondent and as such a joint compromise petition has been advanced in CAN 1 of 2025.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a written declaration to that effect has been sent to the police station.

Having considered that the petitioner and the private respondents has arrived at a settlement, the petitioner as such is not interested to pursue the

reliefs claimed in the main writ petition. Since the police authorities are aware regarding the present changed circumstances, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. With the aforesaid observations WPA 21952 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of. Report submitted be kept with the record.
