Learned advocate for the State submits a report and states that there are no adverse remarks so far as the present petitioner is concerned.

Having regard to the same, the conditions earlier imposed while granting bail on 17th December, 2024 are hereby modified to the extent that the petitioner will not leave the district of Hooghly. So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are waived. However, the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date of the trial before the learned trial court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is partly allowed Report so submitted be kept with the record.
