Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 23rd April, 2025. The petitioner renews his prayer on the anvil of Section 479 of the BNSS.

Opposing the prayer, learned counsel for the State points out that in view of another case pending against the petitioner Section 479(2) of the BNSS is attracted herein. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 23rd April, 2025 considering the material on record. There is no change of circumstance which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

Prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
