A report has been submitted by the Inspector-in-charge of Uttarpara Police Station, which reflects that the Municipal Authorities did not make any communication for removal of the gumty shop.

In case, the Municipal Authorities communicate with the police authorities for rendering necessary police assistance, the police authorities would act in accordance

with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21953 of 2025 is disposed of.
