Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner being the husband of the deceased is in custody for 310 days. Charges have already been framed. However, no witness has been examined till date.

Learned advocate for the State submits that there are injuries which suggest the solely involvement of the husband. Having considered the gravity of the offence, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1675 of 2025 is dismissed. The learned Trial Court would take steps to examine the vulnerable witnesses within a period of 6 months from the next date so fixed. No unnecessary adjournment be given to any of

the parties. The trial of the case would continue inspite of any resolution taken by the local bar.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
