4. CAN 1 of 2025 is taken up for consideration which is for recall of the order dated 7th March, passed on the connected contempt application.

5. Having seen the explanation, this Court finds that the applicant was prevented by sufficient cause from being represented before the Court on the date when the connected contempt application stood dismissed for default.

6. Hence, order dated 7th March, 2025 stands recalled. The contempt application is restored to its original file and number.

7. CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

8. List the contempt application under the heading "Contempt Application"

in the Combined Monthly List of November, 2025.
