Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that private respondents have been interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of the property of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Egra PS GDE No. 1205 dated 20.09.2025 has been recorded; peace and tranquility has been maintained.

Since the police authorities are aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents in respect of the land in issue, I direct that there should not be any breach of the peace and tranquility and/or any untoward incident because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21980 of 2025 is disposed of.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
