Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioners and the private respondents are at loggerhead with respect to the property in issue while Mr. Manna, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the residential property of the petitioners has been ransacked.

On the other hand, learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the property do not belong to the petitioners. So far as the right, title and interest of the property is concerned, it would be for some other forum to decide the issue. This Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India will not enter into the said domain.

State has submitted a report which reflects that police authorities have already drawn up proceedings under Section 126 of BNSS.

Having considered that police authorities are keeping a strict vigil, I direct that they would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21976 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
