....For the Madrasah Service Commission The writ petition has appeared today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of both the parties who were represented when the order was passed on February 22, 2024.

The mistakes are typographical and are apparent. In the penultimate paragraph at the page 3 of the order dated February 22, 2024 the impression "respondent no.5" shall be replaced and read as the said Secretary of the Minority Affairs Department. In the first paragraph at page 4 of the said order the impression "respondent no.5" shall be shall be corrected and read as the said Secretary of the Minority Affairs Department.

In the second paragraph at page 4 of the said order the expression "respondent no.5" shall be shall be

corrected and read as the said Secretary of the Minority Affairs Department In the third paragraph at page 4 in the said order the expression "respondent no.5" shall be corrected and read as the said Secretary of the Minority Affairs Department.

Both Mr. Robiul Islam, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. Prosenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel appears for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 have agreed to the aforesaid corrections.

Accordingly, the order dated February 22, 2024 stands corrected as indicated above and such corrections shall be incorporated in the said order dated February 23, 2024.

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
