2. The grievance of the petitioner is limited. The Second Appellate Authority is sitting tight over the petitioner's appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act).

3. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the Second Appellate Authority submits that the said authority is under heavy workload and, as such, some time be given to the authority to dispose of the petitioner's second appeal.

5. WPA No. 21696 of 2023 is, thus, disposed of by directing the respondent no. 7 to dispose of the petitioner's second appeal under the RTI Act as expeditiously as possible, positively within February 29, 2024 (keeping in view the heavy roster of the said Authority).

6. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
