1. Heard submission of learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner. Perused the material in the Case Diary, written complaint and the statements made by various witnesses under Section 180 as well as 182 of the BNSS which prima facie show serious incriminating materials against the present petitioner.

2. Therefore, considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for bail.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
