Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has purchased a property and applied for conversion which has been allowed. Subsequently a title suit being T.S. No. 23 of 2019 has been filed by the private respondent.

State has submitted a report which reflects that proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS. Report also reflects that the petitioner and the private respondents created a tensed atmosphere over the property in dispute. Having considered that the police authorities are having knowledge regarding the inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct that the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace takes place.

So far as the other rights are concerned, since the civil court is already in seisin of the issue, petitioner, if faced with inconveniences, will apply before the civil court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21974 of 2025 is disposed of. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
