The learned advocate for the State submits a report filed by the Officer-in-Charge Raninagar Police Station dated 08.09.2024, which is taken on record. Mr. Sengupta learned advocate for the State submits that there are several criminal cases pending against the petitioner. He was arrested in connection with Raninnagar PS Case No.-559/2013, dated 20th September, 2013.

As prayed for by the learned advocate for the petitioner the matter stands dismissed as withdrawn.
