Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. Petitioner and the private respondents are having a dispute in respect of a land which has been referred to in the writ petition. Over the issue, there have been different meetings as well as a proceeding being O.A. No.2600 of 2015 before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal. State has submitted a report which reflects that a proceeding has been drawn up under Section 126 of BNSS.

Prima facie, it reflects that there is a dispute relating to land in issue. Police authorities would ensure that the disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents are not blown out of proportion. In case any violation of law and order, police authorities would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22021 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
