Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail.

We have considered materials on record. Statement of the victim lady shows petitioner suppressed his marital status and cohabited with her. Statement of the victim lady is corroborated by the wife of the petitioner also. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
