The learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report of the Officer-in-Charge, SAktipur Police Station dated 16th of September, 2024 which is taken on record. It appears from the report that after filing this writ petition, the police authorities have taken steps by registering a FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioner stands substantially redressed.

With the above observations the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
