Case No. 138 of 2024 dated 18.5.2024 under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code and adding Sections 397/ 412 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections25/27 of Arms Act.

Heard the learned lawyers for both parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Stolen articles including the gold were recovered on the showing of the petitioner from co-accused.

In view of the aforesaid materials we are of the opinion that petitioner is a member of an interstate gang of dacoits. 4.

Hence we are not inclined to grant bail to him. 5.
