1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. 2.

CFSL report filed in Court be placed on record. Report shows presence of narcotics in the sample. The report and other materials on record show recovery of contraband from the petitioner which is above commercial quantity. Accordingly, in light of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
