Petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 2/03.09.2021 which was passed in completion of the earlier order of this Court dated 22nd July, 2021 in WPA 5041 of 2021 by filling this second writ petition on 5th September, 2023 that is almost after two years of passing the impugned order.

On the ground of inordinate delay in filing this writ petition and on merit also I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly this writ petition being WPA 21706 of 2023 is dismissed.
