Even on earlier occasion, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State/respondent that the matter is relating to transfer and the writ petitioners have already joined their new place of transfer. Hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.

That is why the petitioners are not appearing.

Upon perusal of the writ petition it appears that the three writ petitioners have filed this writ petition praying direction upon the respondent authorities not to give effect to the notification being No. 463 - M (A) dated 30.09.2019 along with Memo No.8060 (10)-A and notification being No.462 - M (A) dated 30.09.2019 along with Memo. No. 8059(25)-A issued by the respondent authority.

Since, the writ petitioners have already joined their new place of transfer, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, connected pending applications, if any, is also dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

9.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
