Heard learned advocates for the petitioner and for the State at length.

Perused the entire materials as placed before this Court including the materials as available in the case diary. 3.

On perusal of the entire materials in the case diary, it reveals at least prima facie that there are contradictory statements regarding the alleged assault on the deceased by the accused persons immediately prior to his death.

It reveals from the post mortem report that apart from one head injury, the autopsy surgeon found no other bodily injury on the person of the deceased.

Admittedly, there are some incriminating materials as against the other accused persons.

However, considering the fact that investigation has already been completed, custodial detention of the present accused petitioner is no more necessary for the purpose of

investigation. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner, namely Runu Debnath shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.20,000/-, with two registered sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranaghat, Nadia, and on further condition that the present accused petitioner shall have to appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date of substantive hearing unless her personal appearance is dispensed with by the learned Trial Court for the reasons recorded in writing.

CRM (M) 1678 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
